Coronavirus and supporting people aged 50+ in Middlesbrough.

Telephone befriending

Coronavirus update:

During this difficult time we are still committed to supporting people aged 50 plus in Middlesbrough.

Telephone befriending service

We have set up a free telephone befriending service for people who need a regular friendly chat from one of our supportive team members.

We are here to talk to anyone in Middlesbrough aged 50 and over (although we can be a bit flexible on this), to provide support, reassurance and regular contact during this difficult time.

This service is delivered jointly by Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind, The Hope Foundation, and Together Middlesbrough and Cleveland.

Please complete the referral form below to sign someone up for this service.

Alternatively you can call us on 01642 257020 and leave a voicemail with your name, contact number and that you are interested in the Ageing Better telephone befriending service. We will call you back within two full working days.
