Meet at traffic lights opposite Market Place. A mixture of mainly flat, circular walks around North Ormesby, Riverside Stadium, Transporter Bridge, Albert Park and Pallister Park.

Mostly easy, flat, urban walks around Hemlington, Hemlington Lake, Coulby Newham, Stainton, Thornton and Brookfield. Register at 10.15am

Forget-me-not Dementia Cafe

Day: Friday

Time: 13.00 - 15.00

Go and join the new Dementia friendly sport and physical activity programme for people living with Dementia and their carers. Activities include table tennis, mindful movement, dance and lots more.
