We will let our members know when we are able to restart activities and can enjoy being in each other's company again.

The 'SpeakEasy' are men-only peer support groups operating across the Tees Valley. The groups offer a safe, supportive and confidential space for men to come together to talk about whatever's troubling them. The group is free, visit website for more details.

Got time on your hands? Swap it for dirt. Join the Men’s Shed to use, share or learn practical skills… and make some new mates at the same time! Tools will be available on site, but feel free to bring your own.

Stewart Park Run

It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock. We all run for our own enjoyment. Please register before your first run, come along and join in whatever your pace! It is entirely organised by volunteers. Email stewarthelpers@parkrun.com to help. Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at Henry's Cafe - please come and join us.

Singing for the Brain – Dementia Friendly. Trinity Centre

Day: Tuesday - Fortnightly

Singing for the Brain is a stimulating group activity for people living with dementia, encouraging them to enjoy the songs of yesteryear with their carers to boost their general well-being and confidence.
You'll meet others with similar experiences in a relaxed setting. You can join in a variety of songs, as much or as little as you like. Come along and give it a try!

Breathercise Group

Chair based exercise for people with COPD and lung problems

Day: Tuesday

Time: 14.00 - 15.30

Address: North Ormesby Community Hub, Derwent Street, North Ormesby, Middlesbrough, TS3 6JB

You will need a referral from your Doctor. Gentle chair-based exercise with qualified trainer for people who suffer from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or any other debilitating respiratory illnesses.

From 14.00 - 14.30 there is time for chat and refreshments.
