Chair Exercise and Reminiscence Activities

Chair exercise is a fun seated workout for people living with Dementia, including a vast rang of gentle exercises without leaving your chair. Join in and have fun with friends whilst reminiscing about past times.

These sessions are for people whose first language is not English. They are an opportunity to improve speaking, listening, reading and writing skills using the Middlesbrough Collection and our exhibitions for inspiration.
