Dressmaking for beginners and improvers

Held on a Monday except Bank Holidays. Open to all crafters and knitters.

Cost £1 per session includes, tea/coffee and biscuit. All profits are given to members nominated charity each 3 months. Wool and needles are available.

Chair exercise is a fun seated workout for people living with Dementia, including a vast rang of gentle exercises without leaving your chair. Join in and have fun with friends whilst reminiscing about past times.
