Ageing Better Middlesbrough Café Meet Up – Marks and Spencer

Day: Tuesday, second in month

A space reserved exclusively for Ageing Better Middlesbrough members. Marks and Spencer’s Café Meet Up is now a reading group and will be held on the second Tuesday of the month.

The get-together, called All Books Matter, will be a chance to discuss a chosen book and meet new people over a cuppa.

All members are still welcome to come along and listen or just enjoy the chance to be sociable. Call Anne Salter for more information on 07749 115304.

The group who already meet here for a catch up and cuppa are from the Carers Together group and meet as an informal meet up. They're looking forward to meeting other Ageing Better members.

Singing for the Brain – Dementia Friendly. Trinity Centre

Day: Tuesday - Fortnightly

Singing for the Brain is a stimulating group activity for people living with dementia, encouraging them to enjoy the songs of yesteryear with their carers to boost their general well-being and confidence.
You'll meet others with similar experiences in a relaxed setting. You can join in a variety of songs, as much or as little as you like. Come along and give it a try!
