Singing for the Brain – Alzheimer’s Society. St Mary’s Church Hall

Day: Tuesday - fortnightly (opposite Tuesdays to Trinity Centre session.)

Singing for the Brain is a stimulating group activity for people living with dementia, encouraging them to enjoy the songs of yesteryear with their carers to boost their general well-being and confidence.
You'll meet others with similar experiences in a relaxed setting. You can join in a variety of songs, as much or as little as you like. Come along and give it a try!

The group meet up at Marton Methodist Church car park at 9.40am and then the car park in Stewart Park at approximately 10am. They are not hikers, just strollers. New members made very welcome.

Happy Ukulele Group

Day: Thursday

Time: 19.00 to 20.30

The Happy Ukulele group welcomes everyone, from enthusiastic beginners to talented amateurs - anyone who enjoys music.

SpeakEasy Middlesbrough, Men Tell Health.

Day: Thursday - forth in month

Time: 6pm, last around an hour

The 'SpeakEasy' are men-only peer support groups operating across the Tees Valley. The groups offer a safe, supportive and confidential space for men to come together to talk about whatever's troubling them. The group is free, visit website for more details.

Got time on your hands? Swap it for dirt. Join the Men’s Shed to use, share or learn practical skills… and make some new mates at the same time! Tools will be available on site, but feel free to bring your own.

Orange Pip Market is an artisan food and beverage market based on Baker & Bedford Street in the heart of Middlesbrough. It features the best in local and regional food as well as live music and creative activities such as workshops and demos. The market takes place on the last Saturday of the month and runs from midday until 7pm.
